I'm so relieved that our girl didn't kick the bucket. I was seriously worried. Especially with this Kang-guy around. I found that Quote from him in the end a bit cheesy, but I guess even koreans like inserting cheesy old quotes into their content. It fit though. I kinda think that our girl will be somewhat of an anker to keep him sane. Or he might break fully because of her. ... We'll see. There's content for at least 48 episodes or 24 if they rush it as far as I've heard ... so it's going to be interesting. Edit: I'd appreciate Korea to adapt more fantasy when it comes to names ... They all sound the fricking same... how are you supposed to remember them properly? lol I love korean stuff... but the names always drive me crazy.

For context, this episode ends at the same point as chapter 34 of the manwha. The series is originally ~180 chapters long. If we assume a 1/4 conversion rate, it should indeed boil down to around 48 episodes. Obviously some potential for lengthening or shortening certain sections here. Many of the scenes showing side characters were not part of the manwha, so they could add those to stretch things out. Similarly they can leave some stuff out aswell - in this episode for example, the manwha has additional scenes of the dungeon after Jinwoo seperates from Mr. Song and Joohee. Not gonna mention what's shown there, in the unlikely case they might revisit it in the anime later on.

It was a D rank dungeon so the boss was nothing special, not worth showing a one sided slaughter. It was never shown in the novel or manwha either

the stone joo-hee (the girl) was holding was the stone our mc gave her when he was sacrificing himself in the double dungeon, saying to "treat herself to a meal and he'd come back to collect the change after" also, the 3 billion the man offered to kill the prisoners should be 2.2 million USD, give or take
