You say it's a curse, but I say that if you take multiattack and convince the Dm that your tail can count as a weapon you can then put +2 adamanite spikes on your tail then, with sneak attack, you can be doing a hell of a lot more damage. Admittedly it might be a bit heavy but I'm sure Thief's butt can handle it!!

Colin has previously told me that I cannot do a similar multi-attack build using tails as weapons with a Kitsune but I really feel like it could be fun to bludgeon people to death with a fluffy behind.

The writer in me is facinated with the level of world building you can create by giving Tieflings mutations based on their linage. The horny side of me, however, is too busy thinking of all the NSFW applications for multiple tails. For the sake of my own dignity, I have no intention of discussing this in detail.
