daaaww. I mean regarding family. When you are an millenia old antediluvian evil that just so happens to look like a hot lady I can easily see how you can have a lot of children. Maybe you seduce someone, maybe you are trying out new half-fiendish templates on people, or maybe that virgin blood wasn't quite vetted well enough and you got drunk and that bard had a cute butt... these things happen during the aeons and they have descendants . You know it would be nice to see if Deamon lords hubbie is still around somewhere and how he's doing?

Sorcerer looks like he knows full well that thief probably has enough sneak attack dice to carve him like a turkey, and that if it came down to it, the demon queen would definitely pick her over him.

Wizard turned down the plus one invitation when she learned that a trip through the hells was about discovering Thief's heritage and therefore not actually a questline focused on her.

Thief and Sorcerer are technically distant cousins, and Demon Queen is their many-times removed ancestor who likes messing about in her descendant's lives. Anti-Paladin is... well, sometimes Grandma needs a boy-toy.
