Being the best at Fortitude means you suffer, and get volunteered for the really nasty assignments. Same deal if you have high Wisdom in a haunted house. Bearing that in mind, what do you say we indulge once more in a bit of Temple lore?

Hoarndaug is usually depicted as a two-faced entity, representing the twin mysteries of male and female, dominant and submissive. The Temple’s erotificers sought to reflect this duality, shaping Hoarndaugh’s shrine in the image of their deity. As ingenious as they were horny, these architects even managed  to devise a method for maintaining balance among the faithful themselves.

Unlike the secret fellative techniques built into the Lock Sucker Gates, the Doors of Submission served as a barrier for many of the cult’s own adherents, restricting access to the inner sanctum. With a membership skewing dom, the doors were designed to enforce a strict ratio among petitioners. In order to gain entry, at least half of all passersby must present themselves to the device, thus ceremonially taking their place among the submissives in the ensuing rites.

Unfortunately, the cult had a large following, and the device was meant to sort hundreds of petitioners before opening the doors themselves. As such, poor Fighter is destined to spend quite a while at the machine’s tender mercies, making a long series of DC 5 saves over the course of hours. At least she’s got a nice phat pool of d10 hit dice to absorb all that punishment!

First, I continue to love what you're doing with this dungeon series, both the comics and the lore. It's funny and sexy and very entertaining. <3 I'd say that after a while, she'd probably get numb and used to the hits...but the healing probably restores her sensitivity. ;3 Second, I definitely would be Fighter, here. I *love* having huge amounts of HP and endurance, and just being able to tank hits all day. Just being the character who can be in a car crash, or have a dragon fall on them, and come out unscathed.

I foresee Inquisitor turning this conquered dungeon into Home Base once they clear it out.

There's a charm in Exalted 2E that basically gives you immunity to any kind of natural damage, which means on a practical level that you can go take a nice relaxing bath in a volcano. That's... basically all I want to use it for. XD
