Yeah, sounds about right. Reminds me of the time the party was at a funeral to try and impress the nobles there. Zombie attack happens, and we had to save rival nobles who hated each other and blamed one another for the attack. So we start off by saving one of our to-be-impressed-upon people while he's hanging on with single digit HP thanks to the zombies. The noble, in a rage, wants to go kill his rival. The Fighter, getting the same bright idea that you''d expect from a fighter, decides to nonlethal the guy. Turns out the broad side of a broadsword will still cave your skull in if you're rocking 20 strength and a +1 enchantment to the blade.
