OSR2.1 Build Instructions - May '22 (Patreon)

Hi Guys,

If you are new to the OSR2 this is the place to start. This post contains the complete build instructions and part list for the OSR2.1, the latest version of the OSR2. It also includes the latest T-wist and T-valve add-on modules.

This is a full and comprehensive update of the OSR2 build document. Not only have I added in the latest hardware updates, such as the new bearing arms and T-wist, I have also gone through the whole document and brought all of the assembly photographs up to date! To do this I needed to re-print and re-assemble every single piece of my OSR2 hardware step-by-step.

I am also releasing a new piece of hardware with this release: A bearing link with a conduit down the centre to carry the twist servo extension cable.

I am going to have to call this my main release this month. Getting this 48 page monster finished took a lot of work! Ultimately I want to bring the SR6 document up to a similar standard and include it in the same "start here" post, but that will have to be next month now. Watch this space.
