Pledge silver and up dollar Update (Patreon)

This is a concern towards requests, I will start doing TWO types of pics per request, one will be a bimbofied version of request with their genitalia covered, and another with their breasts and genitalia out.

the covered up version will still be viewable for 1 dollar patrons and eventually the public, but the exposed breasts/pussy version will be available for silver tier patrons and up.
