The Nightmare On Woodshire Lane Episode Discussion (Patreon)

Nightmare Night fun for our Halloween themed episode.  There was always someone giving out healthy snacks or apples on Halloween night.  Twilight gives out books this year!  Previous years, everyone in the household ate all the candy before the fillies even came over.  So switching to books guarantees no-pony will take them.

Lot's to go over.  First the costumes.  Apple Bloom is the most adorable spider ever.  No idea why we chose this, but someone sketched it, it looked adorable.  Scootaloo is dressed as a rockstar as seen in an episode of MLP:FiM.  Sweetie Belle is just in a giant pumpkin because, why not?  It's funny!

The books Twilight has are based on real books and things too.  Everypony Poops is based on the book "Everybody Poops."  Even accurate down to the book cover!  Luv U Forever is a from a book called "Love You Forever," released in 1986.  One of the sweetest, heartwarming, and best selling children's books of all time.  "The Magic School: To Space," is a riff on the Magic School Bus series.  "Caboose Fillies" is a take on, "The Boxcar Children," a very popular kids book series that still has new books to this day.

The episode title, "The Nightmare On Woodshire Lane" is a joke on "The Nightmare on Elm Street."  It was a hit 1984 film.  Of course we just replaced the street name and instead it is now the street Twilight lives on, Woodshire Lane.
