New Hobby Episode Discussion (Patreon)

This episode was received very well, as well as the one following it.  I guess people like seeing Starlight and Trixie hanging out!  We also teased this episode long ago exclusively to you Adorkable Patron Pals!  Here it is in final release form!

We wanted to branch Starlight's character out so we moved into giving her another hobby beyond kites.  Her inner circle of friends was also quite limited, so we are going to rely on Trixie more in the future since she isn't shown with Spike as much and Gray is her love interest.

We've also slowly been designing and working on the residences of Ponyville residents.  We've yet to show the Adorkable abode, but we've seen Amethyst Star's, Patricia's, and parts of many other characters. Toe Tapper here has a nice rambler.  This will help up flesh out the full feel we are going for with Ponyville.  A nice, quiet, Pacific Northwest like town. If there was one thing I wish we could retcon somewhat is placing the town on the coast somehow.  A seaside town would be a lot of fun, but no, instead it is in inland town beside a river and lake.  It's okay, we'll be visiting the coast a lot soon.
