Yet another setback for Zephyr Breeze and his path to good.  He learns his accolades he received (Employee of the Month) was meaningless.  He is learning the hard way that being good doesn't necessarily come with reward . . . but he'll get it someday.  The world can be rough and Ellen certainly isn't helping.
