Panel one mimics a popular meme image.  Otherwise the rest of this comic pulls from insecurities and vague urges.  I think everyone just needs a good bonk on the head after this.... and Twilight's eyes in panel 6... just staring off into space.  She's thinking of books.

So Moondancer continues to be hitting for all sides and Twilight is insecure about her small talk.  Starlight is missing affection, and Spike is trying to poke out Pinenut's eyes.  Just a normal day in the Adorkable household.
