Time to dive straight into Rainbow Dash's story arc!  We're going to "finish" it out in four episode's time.  Even though it will 'end', it won't really end.  It will actually continue in the background.  The main gist of it, and Rainbow's lesson will be learned in the next four episodes though, so I hope you enjoy it.

So here we are.  We made it to race day and we see Rainbow's hard work has turned into a real, tangible, drivable, stock car race car, with Plot Pillow plastered all over it.  It fashions the number twenty, a reference to Rainbow's "20% Cooler" thing.

The racetrack itself is a small track outside of Ponyville, less than a mile in length, but fully paved.  How cool would this setting be with a forest and mountain views while sitting in the grandstands?  It is part of the Mare County fairgrounds, which is the location of a bunch of episodes we never released.  If you want me to talk about that, I can.

We got the sponsor owner, Soarin' and Dash's number one fan, Scoots there.  We also see that Gray (Starlight's possible love interest) actually works at the track as an official.  So he must do this part-time on the weekends because his usually job is at the grocery store with Starlight. For fans of American stock car racing, you will notice little references here and there towards famous drivers, cars, and sponsors.  I won't point them out here.

I like to imagine Dash can easily put on or pull off her helmet with ease by using her wings! See you in the next episode.

This will not end well.

I’d love to hear more about those unreleased episodes at the Mare County Fairgrounds, and why you chose not to release them.
