Monday episode, Fictional You went through some changes upon first iteration, but really, it has remained the same. I dislike wordy comics, but sometimes it happens. Originally when Starlight said "What ever happened to just being yourself?" Roseluck would have responded by saying, "It doesn't exist." It was to imply that no one truly is themselves at all times... or that to find someone you can't purely be yourself. Relationships all require changes and compromise between both parties. Figuring this was too deep and the average viewer wouldn't get it, we added the sugar coating ending. We are also building a friendship for Starlight outside of the home with Twi, Moon, and Spike.

Have a nice week everyone! Games probably this Friday.

Heh, I kind of like Starlight's responses, though a deep dark place for the emotions does sound a little concerning. You know what else enters through the stomach?! Aliens! ...Unless I've got it backwards. :)

I guess the sugar coating ending is... sugar coated, at the end. Although only diet-coke level.

I think "Emotion is key. Share your feelings" is where Roseluck really hit the nail on the head. Granted, you should never take romantic advice from me, but it's plain to see that the reason that Spike is dating Roseluck is because he could never figure out what Starlight was feeling and he didn't have that problem with Roseluck. Or as a certain social media influencer would say, Starlight should be herself but better, and "better" includes clearer communication.
