- Finished the turning point scene with Azula

- Finished the new Scene with Rei

- Started working on a new background

- Started working on a new enemy unit for battles(not a mooselion)

- Started working on another pretty important Azula scene

- Still working on the new Ty Lee scene.

I finished the turning point scene with Azula and the coder was pretty happy with the result, so that’s good. Of course I had already shown him some of it, but adding ink and colors really makes it shine. I pretty much always show previews of stuff I’m working on and that’s sometimes a lot more necessary than I’d like to admit.   

The new Rei scene for example looked weird and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. After showing it to the coder he could tell me the problem in just a few words: "she looks fat" Once I read that and took another look at the pic afterwards I could only conclude one thing: “Damn it, he’s totally right”. In fact he was so right I couldn’t believe I hadn’t seen it myself.  I whipped her back into shape and she's ready to "bounch"!

The new background was, as usual, hard to get going  but it’s shaping up nicely now. 

The new battle unit is also going great.

 Been working on a new important scene with Azula. Storywise it should have quite a nice impact. Certainly a lot more than her usual scenes. I made a few sketches of it in the beginning and let the coder pick the one he liked best. It’s probably going to have more than one stage. All that nastyness Azula has been causing for others is coming back to her like a ton of bricks dropped from a ten story building with her standing below it. I might be a sadist at heart because I'm having far too much fun drawing her in this situation... I’m currently touching up the lines, adding a bit of variation in their width so they'll feel more vibrant.

Ah, I almost forgot this, but we've decided to return to our old release schedule. We've entertained the taught of doing two smaller, quicker builds...but when we asked for feedback on this most of you felt a fat build at the end of March was the better choice so we're going with that!  We hope to make it as "fat" as the first version of Rei's new scene!
