The original Mary Poppins is my favorite old disney movie before the disney renaissance

Voting for Her for its prescience and Who Framed Roger Rabbit for its technical achievements and genre blending.

Let's go Frequency! Such an underrated film.

Going for one of my picks, The Man from Snowy River. Such a wonderful story and just awesome scenery. Plus horses! Great performances too, including from Kirk Douglas (Michael Douglas's father). Anyway, I hope one of these days it gets picked. Edge of Tomorrow is also a really solid pick for great sci-fi action.

Argghh! Why do you make this so hard? I've spent 20 minutes trying to work out how to explain my choice to myself, but I think I'll just have to say it simply. Out of all the great films in the list, there are two that are essentially perfect: Lost in Translation and Mary Poppins. I just can't pick any other film over either of them.

Children of Men is an amazing movie. Beautifully shot, cool story, friggin made me cry. Soooooo good.

I know Frequency isn't as well known as the Star Wars and LOTR's of the movie world, but I really hope that it wins one of these polls some day. So far, there's only one reaction to this hidden gem on YouTube. It's got that classic heart like lot of the 90's/early 00's movies have. The father/son bond that Jim Caviezel and Dennis Quaid's characters build in this movie is really strong and it sets up a really neat pseudo-time travel plot.

Totally agree. This is one of my favorite movies that rarely gets mentioned.

Robyn

Do you mean the one by Perry Comics, or is there another one?
