Japanese Server retired & Other updates (Patreon)

Hey everyone, here's an update on the Japanese server. Unfortunately I've decided to retire the Japanese/Asian server after only about two months of use. While I still feel there is a need to serve Asia as a continent, the main drawback is that there's simply no affordable hosting provider in the region that fits SFMLab's needs (yet). The limited storage space on the server that we had meant there was only enough space to store about two/three months of files on there. That, together with some other technical limitations, lead to the situation where the server saw very little traffic. Last month, the server had roughly 40GB of bandwidth out of the available 2TB. For reference, the US servers hit about 3TB total out of an available 5TB. That said, we still get a lot of traffic from Asia; the downloads are just for a specific subset of older files. Unfortunately, syncing those files automatically is not possible with the way the site is setup right now. 

With all that taken into account, the server costs were the same as a single US server. I have therefore chosen to suspend the JP server. Next time the $300 goal is hit, I'll be adding another US download server. This time it will be either Atlanta or Seattle.

On a slightly different note, you may have noticed that the site chat has moved to Discord. The reasons are pretty self explanatory and I won't go into those in more detail here, but I recommend you at least read the notice I put up there. I hope you'll join us on Discord!
