It's not debatable that Shina and Kaere will get a new NSFW scene there, while Anzu's lewd bits will come later, as you'll become free to roam the First Stratum.
After all, while the two young girls will be heavily influenced by the higher levels of Mana in there, Anzu was born even deeper! That's why she won't change much in character and looks, while her powers will gradually grow during the game!
