Cultists of the Eye (Patreon)

Another great suggesting by one of you, guys! These are very "beholder" inspired cultists, but to avoid any copyright issues as much as possible we'll be calling them Cultists of the Eye. Got a couple of variations, with two types of physicality. Probably the ones with the mouth are further developed? Maybe they can control their host a lot better? I'll let the GMs decide on this one! I think that the ones with the eye in their stomach instead of a mouth are also safer copyright-wise than the other two. Let us move on with even more disgusting mutations haha
