Discord is up and running! (Patreon)

Hey, everybody! Just wanted to say, that the discord server is live. It's going to have some extra updates in there, maybe some WIP. I suggest to connect your Discord with Patreon through Patreon Settings, that way you'll get the Server Role, that is connected to your Patreon Account.
