[Poll Winner] Richter! (WIP) (Patreon)

In past Richter drawings I've based him more on his Smash iteration, but this one's based on his appearance in Rondo! I tried to capture the soft muscle vibe he had going in some of that game's art. I thought it would be fun for him to be doing that peace sign he does, but there'll be normal versions too.
