An extended video footage of the selection process from Magdalena’s photoshoot. I always do step by step selection, with each step decreasing the number of images. 

We have started with 336 images and finished at 33 with 5 stars. From those I will retouch around 10-15 images depending on my mood and time. I will choose those images which will draw my attention so it's rather random process. 

From what you see and from feedback I have got from our workshop students - I go through selection rather fast. Sometimes I go back and compare similar pictures but mostly I move stubbornly forward. People who will “consume” those images will do it in a fast food way - scrolling down their feed, so my philosophy here is to choose those images which catches my attention instantly. Rarely people stop and go deep into the details of images, contemplate them or zoom in  or analyze. That is my opinion on that matter - would you care to share yours?
