If memory serves me, that isn't actually Flake. Its his brother. During the early stages of the album drop from Rosenrot ( which this is from), Flake got mumps and his face was all swollen. Here is the main promo photo for the promo shoot for the album https://shop.rammstein.de/img/katalog/288/492/band-poster-rosenrot.jpg and as you can see "Flake" has his face hidden so you can't tell its actually his brother in the photoshoot 😅 on all the pictures from the photoshoot he is obscuring his face or turning away from the camera
