First I got rid of the cel shading on the model, making it more usable for sfm lighting.

Then I separate the head and clothes from the body. I also stretched out the hair off the top a bit to make it more closer to the anime.

The next part was getting the nsfw body for the new base.

Next part I get frustrated sometimes and that is matching the head with the body.

Which can be hard if the lines don't match up with the body.

From here you'll have to edit the body or head to match the other. This is a hassle because if the model has shape keys (controls that make the model blink ect.) it could make the whole model take the shape it was before the change. What I usually do is edit the head because I'll be able to see the errors faster and have time to go back and redo them again. This time though I got the body from an xps model which don't come with shape keys. I'll have to add the shape keys to the body later but to me it will be a lot easier and more forgiving than the face. More to come...
