I've had this sitting in my game forever so I thought I'd share it with everyone! I placed it where Johnny Zests trailer goes in Oasis Springs, but will fit on any 40x30 lot perfectly. This is a perfect place to spend a day with your sim's kids, complete with bathroom, food, and activities adult sims can enjoy as well!
