Here's a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment located in Evergreen Harbor at Stonestreet Apartments (Eco Living pack required). This lot has been test played and works on my end. Make sure to tag my socials below if you use the build in any way. Happy Simming!

make sure to download the "SS TRAY FILES" AND "SS CC" for all 9 rooms to show up in your library with custom content check marked for rooms. a fully detailed layout of where to place each room below. my gallery ID is "sierrathesimmer." you should be searching the rooms in your my library category. you can type "SS -" and all the rooms will show up.

make sure to bulldoze the lot before placing the rooms!
