Here's a functional Yoga studio where your sims can also workout, attend a Sumba or Pole Dancing class using Mercuryfoam's Sumba Fitness Workout Class Mod and Pole Dancing Mod. The top floor includes a juice bar where sims can also purchase healthy snacks, drinks, smoothies, etc. Sims can also do yoga on the top floor. This lot is set as Generic, but can be set as Gym. Make sure to tag my socials below if you use the build in any way. Happy Simming!

The Sumba Fitness and Pole Dancing mods are needed if you want the Sumba mats and Dancing poles to show up.
