OUR BIRTHING CENTER đŸ‘¶ (Patreon)

Here's a functional birthing center using PandaSama's Child Birth Mod. The birthing pool, birthing pillows and pool are needed for functionality but not required (you will need to download the mod to get these items). This lot is set as Generic, but can be used for storytelling purposes, machinimas and so on.

This lot is the perfect place to get 2D or 3D ultrasounds, plan your birthing method (Water Birth, Natural Birth, Unassisted, etc). This lot includes 4 birthing rooms with bathrooms in each. A waiting area, receptionist area and a bathroom. Make sure to tag socials below if you use the build in any way. Happy Simming!

V1 is the generic version (40x20). V2 is to replace the base game hospital (50x50). they both contain the same custom content except the parking lot in V2. make sure to download the "OBC CC" and the "OBC TRAY FILES" for the lot to show up in your library with custom content check marked for lots. my gallery ID is "sierrathesimmer."

to place the 50x50 lot and be able to give birth at the hospital. you must have your sim travel to the base game hospital. use the cheats "testingcheats on" and "bb.enablefreebuild" to be able to edit and place the 50x50 version on a hospital lot.

In preview pictures, the first sim had a medicated waterbirth with an obstetrician and the second sim had a medicated unassisted birth (her husband pulled the baby out!).

sn: If you notice something is missing, message me and let me know. I export all the custom content through Tray Importer and sometimes it won't upload everything.

I have 50,000+ files of cc. I do not intentionally ever not include any of the custom content used!

once you travel to the base game hospital. use the “bb.enablefreebuild” cheat and you’ll be able to bulldoze lot and replace it with this. save after!

Love it!! Hey, have you figured out why your sim interactions are lagging? my game is doing the same thing and I have almost all of your builds and sims so it's prob some cc we both have. Makes me not even want to open the game! Pleassse let me know if you figured it out, thanks!

I really love all your builds and etc: I have a question on the birthing center .. okay I downloaded the 40x20 but there are only mannequins there no real doctors.. how can I get that working? and also if I replace the hospital will it only be a birthing center?

2023-04-28 10:35:45 The 40x20 is a generic lot so it won’t work as hospital (you can only schedule ultrasounds at this version from the phone) & the mannequins are called deco sims. They don’t move and it’s for storytelling (you can delete them.) Only the 50x50 is functional, that will operate as a hospital and your sim can get ultrasounds and give birth at the bigger version.

We downloaded the functional lot and it still wont allow births what did we do wrong

Well, the 50x50 lot is the only lot that you can technically give birth in. You need to have your sim travel to the base game hospital and use the "bb.enablefreebuild" cheat to be able to edit the lot and place this lot. You can then give birth at the hospital using Pandasama's Birthing mod.

For some reason this lot will not show up in the gallery. I have downloaded both versions and tried to find both...neither of them show up in my gallery library. I have other builds of yours that are showing up, but not this one in particular.

what exactly do we need to type in to find the lot in our library? Put the correct files in the tray folder and the cc in the mod folder.
