736 APARTMENT COMPLEX (Patreon)

You guys love the decorated and furnished apartments and homes. So, here's a fully furnished and decorated apartment complex 736 Apartments. All credit goes to @purplepandas20 on the gallery for the layout build of the original apartment complex. I added a gym and rearranged the layout of the units and decorated all 3 units and the lobby.

Notice: You might run into an issue with the sims not being able to cook in the kitchen. Remove any clutter from above the dishwasher and it will work just fine. The microwave above the stove might cause issues. Make sure there is counter space to prepare food. For the smaller bedroom on the fourth floor, the sims can't get into the bed. You may need to rearrange the way the bed faces. Other than that, everything else in this complex worked fine on my end.

make sure to download all 3 parts of the "736 CC" and the "736 TRAY FILES" for the lot to show up in your library with custom content check marked for lots. this lot contains a lot of custom content, due to the fact that all 3 units are fully furnished and decorated. download only if your computer can handle it.
