A functional coffee shop called The Pink Brew. Functional if set as a Café lot or can be set as Generic. If you want to set it as a Restaurant, you will have to replace the counters with a functional Chef Station. The sims can order coffee, frappuccino's, etc. as well as cakes and donuts.
