Hey, here's my completed neighborhood located in Compton, CA on Compton Blvd and Essey Ave. This neighborhood includes 6 ready-to-move in homes with 1 fully furnished home and 2 partially furnished homes. This lot will work with LittleMsSam's Roomate mod allowing you to have up to 20 sims living within the empty homes.

THE FILES 'DECOR0822' + 'DZSkinDetails' CONTAIN SEVERAL MERGED FILES AND ARE IMPORTANT FILES TO DOWNLOAD. (I was not able to unmerge these files since it was a file created with an older version of Sims 4 Studio that is no longer available).
