Hey, here's my completed neighborhood Sunchase Heights Estates. This neighborhood includes 5 ready-to-move in homes with 1 fully furnished home. This lot will work with LilMsSam's Roomate mod allowing you to have up to 20 sims living within the empty homes.

THE FILES 'DECOR0822' + 'DZSkinDetails' CONTAIN SEVERAL MERGED FILES AND ARE IMPORTANT FILES TO DOWNLOAD. (I was not able to unmerge these files since it was a file created with an older version of Sims 4 Studio that is no longer available).
