***each room is it's own zipped file containing the cc used. I put all the tray files in one single .rar file to make it easier for all 8 rooms to show up your library with custom content check marked for rooms.***

MAKE SURE 'BB.MOVEOBJECTS' and "BB.SHOWHIDDENOBJECTS" IS ON BEFORE PLACING LOT.

THE FILES 'DECOR0822' + 'DZSkinDetails' CONTAIN SEVERAL MERGED FILES AND ARE IMPORTANT FILES TO DOWNLOAD. (I was not able to unmerge these files since it was a file created with an older version of Sims 4 Studio that is no longer available).

sn: If you notice something is missing, message me and let me know. I export all the custom content through Tray Importer and sometimes it won't upload everything.

I have 40,000+ files of cc. I do not intentionally ever not include any of the custom content used!

Hey Sierra I think you added the wrong link for the townhouses because if you go further down on MJSXMS’s tumblr you can see the exact layout to what your showing us in the last picture but it’s called miller grove apartments and it’s on a 64x64 lot.

the .zip files need to be extracted with WINrar or 7Zip. they contains the .package files that go into your MODS folder and then tray files that go into the TRAY folder (usually the files starting with "0x000..").
