Hey, here's my Lenox Terrace Apartment Complex. You need the following packs for the lot to be functional: Spa Day and Jungle Adventure (Wallpaper) + City Living (Entrance Sign). This lot can be used as a functional residential lot with the use of LittleMsSam's Roomate mod. You can have up to 20+ sims living at this lot. I furnished the first two levels in the first building, the rest is up to you.

Includes:

• two buildings - 4 floors - first floor [studio apartment/1 ba] - floor 2-4 [1-2 bd/1 ba]
• leasing office - 2 floors - main floor: lobby, kitchen area, office - bottom floor: laundry facility, rec/gym
• swimming pool - lounge chairs, diving board, kiddie pool, bbq grill
• playground park -  slide, swing set, monkey bars, jungle gym, etc.

make sure to download the "LTA TRAY FILES" AND "LTA CC" for the lot to show up in your library with custom content check marked for lots. my gallery ID is "sierrathesimmer." you should be searching the lot in your library.

THE FILES 'DECOR0822' + 'DZSkinDetails' CONTAIN SEVERAL MERGED FILES AND ARE IMPORTANT FILES TO DOWNLOAD. (I was not able to unmerge these files since it was a file created with an older version of Sims 4 Studio that is no longer available).
