Hey, here's a fully furnished Clark Atlanta inspired dormitory building. Only two of the dorms are decorated by me, the rest are furnished but are not decorated. I am leaving that up to you. This co-ed dorm fits up to 20 sims and a RA.

• first floor - check in desk, small eating area, community + study area
• second floor - 6 rooms (2 single/4 double) + shared bathroom
• third floor - 6 rooms (1 single, 5 double) + shared bathroom
• ground floor - laundry room, computer lab + study area
