Hello Everyone~ (Patreon)

It's been quite a while since I've posted anything. And it's a bit too late to say this but... Happy 2021, and I hope everyone's been having good days.

I've been spending lots of time working on the update as it's the only thing I can do with my life at the moment. Yes, I don't have a job.

The past few months have been rough, but I'm making it through.

Last December, I've given myself a month break as I had finally experienced something I didn't quite expect as a "developer": Burnout.

I didn't have the liberty to speak what was happening as to why I'm being silent, and why the update keeps being delayed, but there it is.

I didn't want to let anyone down, but I also did not want to anybody to keep anyone's hopes up as to when the update comes out. I was torn between these two things and I was unsure of what to do.

But thankfully, I've finally regained some inspiration this month and also last December.

I had been working with GruntSteel, creator of Distant travels, with some sprites and some stuff here and there. It had my mind leave this VN for a while to get a fresh perspective, and it really did help (Thank you Grunt).

I've also had asked for some advice from some people on many discord servers regarding the story of the VN. They all had so much amazing responses and insights I never would have known if I did not ask. Especially to Drakes (Limits Dev.) (I love your VN, Drakes.)

So what about the VN?

Don't worry, I did not give up on it. 

In fact, I've done a ton of writing this month, and I've considered this time as quite the productive one than the first time when I've first made the chapter 1 draft of the VN.

What's gonna happen in the story now?

A lot. The update is going to be the first story arc of the VN (I have planned a story arc for each character in there.).

The story arc, in itself, is going to be whole chapter dedicated to one character.

I hope I can deliver, even though I'm not that adept at story telling yet.

What new things are going to be added in the update?

New side image for Ludus, with a whole set of expressions.

New set of expressions for Phileo.

And the new chapter.

Also, Discord when???

I'm sorry! I don't know! I don't even know how to moderate a server,  let alone code! But I'll try, though.
