Finalized Design for Tallia Lee, one deuteragonist of my future comic project, "9Bullets!".  

Tallia is short-tempered and inpatient at worst, but level-headed and observant at her best. She's constantly reining in Franky and keeping her down to earth. She cares for Franky on a more-than-friends basis, but is hesitant to do anything about it.
