I wouldn’t normally post this but since I talked earlier about the diet I was on I figured I’d show you all the results. (If you don’t remember the diet post, just scroll back a bit and take a look)

So yeah, this is the results of 3 weeks of dieting and shoot prep. Keep in mind it easier for me because I already have the muscle underneath and it’s more about shedding the stubborn fat.

In the first pic(pre diet) you can see ab definition but there’s no clear delineation. After about 2.5 weeks you get the second picture where a lot of the fat has been shed and there are very clearly defined abs. The third picture is only 3 days after the second but you can see how much more vascular I look and how lean I was able to get with the water and salt manipulation.

Anyway, I like all 3 versions but number 2 is my favourite. When I’m in that shape it usually means I’m eating healthy and that means I’m probably not depressed lol. I feel like you can see the sadness in my eyes in the first one. I’m also haven’t shaved which is never a good sign.
