If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times, I hate talking about health and nutrition because I am NO example of what you should and shouldn’t do. That said, it never reeeeallly stops me so here  go again!

Im currently in diet mode and boy oh boy is this not a fun thing to do lol. It’s basically calorie, fat, and sugar restriction (all the good stuff) with a bit of cardio added to my daily gym session. While it might not be the most flavourful way to eat, it certainly is cheap and easy lol. I’m eating the same thing every day so I can buy in bulk and just go to town. I don’t totally have my first meal until 1 and it’s always 3 cups of frozen vegetables, quinoa, a big protein shake, and a salad. Dinner is pretty much the same but I add tofu and a granola bar to satiate my sweet tooth.

If it sounds miserable, that’s because it is. Or at least it is right now. The first week is always hard because your still have all the cravings but after that it’s really easy. I am kinda loving the routine of it though. I like not having to wonder what I’m going to eat. In the future I’m hoping I can keep that consistency part of the diet going even when I’m no restricting.

Oh boy, he’s rambling again. I just wanted to let you guy in on what’s happing right now and obviously it’s the only thing on my mind lol.

Anyway, diets are stupid. Just eat healthy and you’ll be fine. Don’t be like me.

One of the best things about eating that way (and there are many great things about it) is how quiet your head gets on "food stuff."
