I can't quite remember how I came up with this? I think I was working on my 'WAIT' secret santa and I wanted something quite flowy and warpy and I played with distorting a normal cookie cutter circle then thought "what if I inverted the area it cuts??" and then bam this basis was born and I went with it LMAO. You do need Sapphire plugin for this! Or you can try do it with other warp effects like lens distorts for example if you have them!
