Oh My Goodness, Storm Works After All? (Patreon)

Wow..  An eagle-eyed friend of mine, fellow Storm user spotted this setting...  Un-Stick By Velocity Threshhold.  This means if something is moving too fast, the stick feature disables.  If this is the case, all I need to do is make sure this number is ridiculously high, and everything will be golden.  Crazy!  Some testing will be required to make sure it is what it appears to be.  Keep your fingers crossed!!
