Nadia Mouth Rig Part 3: Nadia Speaks! (Patreon)

Howdy!

So this took longer than expected.  My rig had some serious issues that needed to be debugged.  But the extra hours sorting it was worth the effort.  Everything works great now.

When I first met the voice actor for Raina, she sent me some samples of her talents... One of them was a russian accent.  It wasn't my script, she just improvised.  Quite a talented lady, eh?  So what I did was animate Nadia's new mouth rig to her russian accent clip.

You can see that I have the 14 lip controls there, but I didn't touch them.  All I animated were the override phonem preset controls.  This was a noticable speed improvement to animate with; so I am very pleased.

Enjoy the animation!  I will continue to use the same audio clip as I further rig the rest of her face.

EDIT: Updated with functional eyelids!

EDIT2: Updated with rendered version.  Her eyeball lens pokes through her eyelids because I haven't set that up yet.  Also I want to tweak her smile a bit.

EDIT3: Eyelids fixed to account for eye lens bulge and smile tweaked.
