More changes (Patreon)

No more hair added, but lots of other changes.  Major surgery because she already had UV Maps so I had to repair all of the UVs after these changes:

1. Bridge of nose modified

2. Ears brought forward

3. Geometry relaxed/optimized on cheek and behind ear

4. Neck adjusted

5. Hair adjusted to fit ear changes
