Colour WIP: "Cherish the Rain" (Patreon)

Not a TF, but still a piece that's near to my heart with the dragon Revexia, working to flesh out some backstory on her. Why she wears the golden cuffs now, etc... This is being done on my Windows 98 Workstation, but even with how blissfully OP that PC is for 98... it's struggling with the image size so I may need to shift it over the Windows 2k side of the machine to run it with both CPU's and more memory, or even just over to my modern rig lol.

I want to do many layers of opacity and size with the rain and water to give it depth out to the background. I think this is coming together! Slowly.
