For the Great Emperor Philomaeus! I realy like this wonderful character! He seemed born to be Anthro-Caesar.

The historical picture was taken as a basis (according to the customer’s instructions). So I'm not copier or something other :) Anyway I like it :D It's a good chance to draw some serious themes, and sadly that it's just a not fullart or fulfaaaantasy (OMG I so hope that someday I'll lucky to draw this character in fullfantasy...ooooh it would be perfect XD)
