NOTE

Just click on the 'Sync' link, the full-length reaction has been split into 2 parts. You can either download the file or stream it. The bigger the file the more time it might take to load so give it a couple seconds if streaming. If experiencing issues, might be a little temporary issue for whatever reason so just wait 1h or so and try again should work. If issues persist contact me and i'll look into it.

The movie's audio is all over the place, some scenes are crazy quite (low dialogue), and some very loud (action scenes)! If you have trouble hearing some scenes let me know, if it's most of the movie just let me know and i'll find a way to reedit it to make the audio louder.

Two things I want to address. The scene where it explains that the black inmate got 6 years for stealing a TV, it was meant to signify the racial inequality in the justice system. Second, the guy who shot Danny was part of the trio who bullied the guy in the beginning. He actually was part of the Crip gang and the guy Derek killed was part of the crips too. He probably wasn't going to do anything to him for the bathroom incident, but then Derek killed one of the gang members, which doomed Danny since they knew who he was.

I think they wanted to Derek to convince someone to take the fall for what happened. Also if Derek was to repeat the cycle it would probably be worse. The start and how he choose to live is what got to that ending, he wanted to change but he was too late. Like he told him there was nothing he did that made his life better only worse
