After some research I found a way to join all textures in a single one and assing to a mesh and thus avoiding mostly of seams all around the body.

Then I found another way: to repaint all the body with a single color giving additional skin shade details. I need to learn how to give more skin details like the second texture on the lips, real eyebrows, nipples and nails (probably I would have with Substance Painter but it's not free and it's expensive)

The first image is just a join of two textures and UV maps with repainted skin (thanks to a layout selection I created this is much more simple than before). The second is a join of four textures and respective UV maps everything repainted except the texture head. The third is my future goal: a complete repainted texture composing head, body, limbs and genitalia into a single one. I just need to learn how to give realistic skin details, like I said before.

Everything was made in Blender Paint Mode and Photoshop CS6.
