 A workout animation for xps!

This is a moderate framerate animation I made for knowledge application purposes (initially). I polish it to make it available. It's a beginner level of animation okay ;)

Recommended speed: ~110 ms

Compatible with any DOA6 base body. Preferably use my DOA latest meshmods!

Compatible with DOA5 base body too!
