I figure out this model already has a plain breasts so I just make the top as optional items and applied a bit of texture

I used the same bottom mesh to make it naked and the texture from the skin I just cloned and assigned a new one to the mesh. I created the vagina and anus aperture. 

I re-parented the face bones as well.
