It's been almost a year since trash dog came to be, and while she hasn't ran her course yet, I think she has mostly fulfilled her purpose (which was growth, and fighting burnout). Jinjing-Yu as you knew her before will be slowly returning now I think - and why not start that out in her true, weird style! Trash dog isn't going anywhere tho, they can coexist. <3

Fun fact: the inspiration for this piece comes from three sources. First, I heard the song linked above, and immediately pictured something like this (THICC vibe) - that was around March, so I saved (i.e. didn't listen to) the song for many months until its time came, while letting its vibe ferment in my brain. A while later, I saw the incredibly interesting art of CrabsBeverage and a couple of their pieces with a similar vibe stuck with me (setting). Lastly, a dear friend of mine during a time of sickness required the whole skindog swing straddling idea (subject) - thus completing the vision. Then it took almost two weeks to make. It's not always the case, but this should give you an idea of how long it can take me to even begin making something, because everything needs to feel just right. C:
