"I do not normally make food as a gift, but I suppose this would be a special occasion. It has been a long time, and I am genuinely surprised you are still enjoying this grumpy hermit's company.

Thank you for not forsaking me like the others."

And here's also a link to the 3D model of the gift she's carved for you. ^v^

NOTE: this is just a preview. The full-size picture is in the attachment, where you can also find the highly-anticipated pregnant version. :3

I hope you like what we all made! :D

Well, "all". How many people were involved? Four? Five? XD

Either way, I'll do this again in the future; it was fun.

No, I'm not charging for a holiday gift; don't be silly. ^~^

Yes, I know it's a bit early.

No, I don't care.

Enjoy! :D

That turned out beautifully! It's quite like I imagined it would be - though better. The addition of the body paint adds a real significance - and I love that it has a texture to it too. How she's put it on, what she emphasizes with it - it makes her already graceful and beautiful body all the more so. The kind look in her eyes, and that sweet smile are just so soothing. It would make you feel so welcome, so at ease if not maybe a little overwhelmed at the lengths to which she's gone to make you feel welcome. In the pregnant version, the paint's emphasis around her belly and breasts takes on even greater significance to the life inside her. Also, perhaps a more minor thing but, I never realized just how adorable her belly button was! :3

Really pretty. =3

The Nubus

Very nice. She looks very beautiful. I really like the smile. I also like the looks of the figurine on the tablet. (It would also fit nicely on an altar. Filled with blood which slowly runs down the carvings. Maybe it usually does. No one knows the contents of the shed near the house. ...just speculating here...) PS: Would you consider creating a full res cross-eye version of this one?

Randochi

It looks very nice. Glad you did this for everyone. Good job everyone for their great ideas.

Yay, mission accomplished! :D Many thanks, and I hope it was enjoyable for you to be The Pilot. C:

XDDD Yeah, she's, like, the evilest of evil witches out there! Aaaand sorry, but that stereo version might be a pretty big problem. ^~^ Normally I could do a faux red/cyan stereo, but this has depth of field, so that's impossible. Rendering it out in actual stereo would take over 2 hours, and would give me MANY files to reprocess. ;A; So unless I'll get some off time, and more energy to come back to this, I'd rather produce new content. ^.^

Yeah, I'll definitely try doing this at least one more time. ^.^ Glad you like the result! :D

Okay, I appologise for the belated response, but holidays and life kept me swept up. Probably it is for the best, as it has given my brain time to stop exploding from how amazing this piece is and calm down. Hopefully it will allow my comment here to be filled with genuine praise, rather than fanboy-ish excitement. That said, I am bursting at the seems with joy over this; definitely my best holiday gift this year. I think the lighting of it is what makes it really stand out: the soft haze from the right plays with the appearances of smoke from the incense burner, and gives a warm atmosphere. This is coupled by the secondary light from the left, seemingly more blue in tone, continues the welcoming and casual tone of Uzuri. Finally, in particular the reflection of light off of her navel draws the eye right to her anatomy despite the platter being the foreground focus; doubly so in the pregnant version. On that note, I love her more 'burdened' form. I'm especially happy to see you didn't just glue a belly on her, but took the time to give it weight, heft, and a sense of realism, alongside the slight widening of hips, the milky swell of her breasts, and enlargening of her nipples. The time, effort, and precision does nothing but assist the picture and make it seem all the more real. The platter came fantastically, particularly the carved idol. The small details, the bumps and ridges, the slightly off-centered patterning on the cookies. And moreover the small bumps and patterning on her body paint, the way it all looks makes it feel like real, and its this roughness, this imperfection that is, I feel, the greatest strength of your art pieces. whew, okay, I think I've gotten all the giddiness and praise out. As little as there is, there are two things that I find stand out which I feel I should note. First, I assume this is because you save your pictures in JPG format, but certain edges in your pictures always seem to come out rather jagged and pixelated. Of note here, the split between Uzuri's right breast and the left side of the idol; to a lesser extent the bowl and her breast as well. Now I completely understand using the JPG format, as the picture is nearly 2MB large, and I'm sure as a PNG or non-compressed format it's be nearly 50MB or more. Likewise, it doesn't really show until you zoome in (which I wanted to do to see the intricate cooke detail), but it certainly prevents some of your classiest pieces from getting printed out an hung on a wall. Second, and I suppose this is more personal than anything, but the lower half of Uzuri's ears have always seemed a tad too thin to me. To be specific, I mean right where they move away from her skull, before flaring out into the moure rounded shape of her earlobe proper. I assume this is to give them more flexibility of movement in posing without causing pinching or clipping, but I've always felt that her ear hole should be at least slightly larger, to make it look more preoperly animalistic. Alright, I never want to leave on a negative, so I will again praise this piece, and all of your work in general! It is certainly worth the amount I've given, if not more (and so help me if that $30 tier ever opens up I will snatch it in an instant)! To be frank, your work really makes me want to ask to commission you outright, seeking to get a custom piece on the side, even if took months upon months to complete (and allowing me to validate giving you more money through patreon as a sort of "payment plan" for the piece). Keep up the good work, and I cannot wait to see what amazing art you can create with your new PC.

Also, tl;dr version of all this, in case the wall of text is unattractive: http://i.imgur.com/jK3KrSf.png
